Mraziarne a.s. Sládkovičovo specialize in various ways of storing products (freezing, chilling and standard dry storage warehousing).

We have seven freezing chambers, where the refrigerating process is carried out using ammonia. Total capacity of these freezing chambers is 44.000 m³, which is aproximately 12.000 pallets of products (dimesion of 1 pallet 0,8x1,2x1,8m ). The the final products are stored on Europallets and in Pallet Boxes in standardized warehouse racking. The minimum temperature in each freezer chamber is -18°C , which is also the minimum temperature in the centre of the products.

Our company offers the use of two fast freezing tunnels with the capacity of 160 pallet places. The temperature in these tunnels is -40°C. Tunnels are suitable for fast freezing all types of meat and vegetables, both finished and semi-finished products or raw products ( all types of meat, fish, fruits, vegetables, mushrooms etc.) Minimum quantity to be filled up in these tunnels is 10 pallets of product.

Advantages in fast freezing tunnels are:

• minimum amount of water waste
• preserving of the real colour and taste of the products
• no need to use any chemicals and preservatives, because by freezing the products are colour, taste, nutritive and vitamins kept

There is adjustable temperature in three chilling rooms, according to customer requirements (from 0 to +8°C) The capacity of both chilling rooms is up to 648 pallet places. Chilling rooms are connected to temperature controling system so the temperature in the rooms is constantly monitored.

We also offer storage in a dry warehouse with capacity of 300 pallet places.

Production and packing

As well as our own brand we offer a full „End to End“ processing and packaging services to external brands.

We can provide folloving service:

• freezing and chilling products
• individual wrapping, packaging and sorting (up to customer requirements)
• label printing and placing on the products

Extra Services

The whole area of Mraziarne a.s. Sládkovičovo is monitered by security service (ERP, Jeeves), 24 hours a day 7 days a week with full CCTV system

• the company MRAZIARNE a.s. Sládkovičovo uses ERP computer program Jeeves
• products are always handled and shipped under the CCTV security system
• chambers, tunnels and chilling rooms are connected to temperature controlling system so the temperature in the rooms is constantly monitored
• security servis SBS is 24 hours a day 7 days a week
